Q: Will you be launching a Canadian site?
A: Yes, this is it! If you are in Canada and visit monikahibbshome.com you will be automatically re-directed to our Canadian website - monikahibbshome.ca where all pricing is in CAD and there will be no additional costs besides shipping and applicable taxes.
Q: Do sales/discount codes apply to all items at MH Home - and can a sale be applied to an order that was placed before the sale started?
A: Each sale we run is unique and the exclusions will vary! Promotions cannot be combined or include items not specified as part of said promotion. For more information on any current sale exclusions, please email us at: firstname.lastname@example.org prior to order placement. Unfortunately, as a small business, we cannot retroactively apply a sale code to your order - we thank you for your understanding.
Q: How long will it take for my items to arrive?
A: It completely depends on the product! We work to ship our standard in stock orders within 3 to 5 business days of your order confirmation. Custom items, furniture, rugs and lighting ranges from 1 week to 6 weeks. When placing your order, review the shipping notes where you will find the estimated shipping time frame from when your order is placed. Just keep in mind that shipping is in addition to the listed time frame.
Q: How do you calculate your shipping and handling charges?
A: We base our shipping rates on the total weight of the products in your cart. Freight and handling fees are only added on products that require special packaging. We work to include rates that closely reflect those we receive from our shipping partners. This helps to ensure that your pieces arrive in your home to the highest standards.
Q: Where do you ship to?
A: All of our items ship anywhere in Canada. Prices are shown in Canadian dollars. At this time we are only able to ship within Canada through our .ca website. If you are international and would like a product, please email email@example.com and we will do our best to help.
Q: Is there duty applied to Canadian order?
A: The price listed on the website already includes any duty fees. You will only be subject to shipping and taxes for your order.
Q: What shipping carriers and/or delivery services does Monika Hibbs Home use?
A: We ship most orders via Canada Post or UPS and special freight carriers for larger item deliveries.
Q: Where can I find details about shipping and returns?

Q: Will I receive all of the pieces from my order at the same time?
A: It really depends on what you order. When items come from our warehouse we work to ship orders out within 3 to 4 business days of your order. Some of our larger and unique pieces ship from different locations and will come separately. Custom orders and some furniture may take 8-12 weeks to arrive. When placing your order, review the shipping notes where you will find the estimated shipping time frame from when your order is placed.
Q: How will I know that Monika Hibbs Home received my order?
A: Upon payment and order completion, you will receive a confirmation email from us that includes your order number and details about how to contact us if you have any questions! This means we have received your order and are now working to fulfill and ship the products.

Q: Do you ship to PO Boxes & APO Boxes?
A: Unfortunately, we do not currently ship to PO or APO Boxes. All orders must be shipped to a physical address. If you have a unique shipping scenario please email us the details and we will help!
Q: What happens if an item is backordered?
A: We make every effort to ensure our products reflect the most accurate inventory and shipping information. On rare occasions, changes to our estimated ship times do occur. Orders cannot be cancelled due to a backorder. Orders are automatically sent to and confirmed at our fulfillment center; which at that time we are unable to process cancellations.
