Shipping & Returns**At this time all purchases from MH Home are considered a final sale.**
Canada Shipping: With the various products we have available, each item falls into different shipping categories, please review the listings to see the estimated shipping times. This will vary from 2 to 3 days for smaller items we stock in our warehouse, to 7 to 10 days for medium size products and 3 weeks plus for any larger pieces that require special handling.
International Shipping: At this point we are very limited to where we can ship internationally. Please email firstname.lastname@example.org to inquire if we ship to your country and if we do, we will provide a quote that includes shipping and handling.
In-store Pickup: Pickup is available at our Tiny Home Store in Langley, BC for the majority of products. When you add items to your cart and enter your shipping details, it will give you the option to pickup your item from the Tiny Home store and save on the shipping fees. If an item is not showing the pickup option, you can email us and we will confirm if it is an option.
We are so excited for you to receive your items, all hand selected and curated by Monika! We take great effort to make sure your pieces are shipped as soon as possible and packaged well to arrive safely.
Furniture, lighting, mirrors, rugs, and large accessories are delivered by our delivery service provider that specializes in furniture delivery. They will call ahead of time to arrange delivery. They will drop off your items but will not be able to setup or remove packaging. Most of these pieces typically ship within 3-4 weeks of order confirmation - unless otherwise specified in the listing details.

If the item is backordered, it will be noted in the product listing with the approx. time before it is back in stock. We make every effort to ensure our products reflect the most accurate inventory and shipping information. Despite our best efforts, on rare occasions, changes to our estimated shipping and delivery times may occur outside of our control. Unfortunately, in these cases, orders may not be cancelled due to a backorder. Returns / Exchanges

All purchases from MH Home are considered a final sale, with the exception of any products that may have arrived damaged or incorrect during shipping (which we certainly strive to ensure does not happen!).
While all of our pieces are inspected prior to shipment and are shipped in new condition, it’s possible that damages may occur during shipment. Any damages must be noted and filed in full with the MH Home Store team at email@example.com within 48 hours of receipt of the product(s). Please be sure to include your name, order number, and the reason you are seeking a return of your product(s) – including any applicable photographs showing the damage or incorrect product.
If a damaged product is accepted for return, a member of our MH Home Team will provide you with return shipping detail instructions and MH Home will replace any damaged item(s) at no additional cost. Returns must be received by our MH Home warehouse no later than 30 days after initial delivery. The product must be returned in its original, unused (and unwashed) condition and accompanied by the original packing slip.
Upon receipt of the returned product at our MH Home warehouse, please allow up to one week for our MH Home Team to conduct a quality control review of the product(s) and issuance of the refund/replacement. If a replacement is not available then we will refund your order. Refunds are made to the original method of payment. Once a refund has been issued, you will be notified via e-mail. Please allow 5-7 business days for the refund to post back to your account.
We do not accept returns on items damaged through normal wear and tear.
